sex & sex relation

We’ve done the homework on the most innovative and unusual ways to spice up your love life… And we sure had some fun doing it.
Don’t lie down: does this seem contradictory to the mission? Its not, believe us, because if you’re reading this you’ve obviously ready to graduate to something more adventurous than the missionary position.
Get sensuous: we Nepalese are not very big on sex surveys; while the western obviously do them a lot. And among the survey 61 % men and 59 % women are well on sex. Of course, that doesn’t bode well when you think of what is universally thought of as a great turn on –massage. Aw, just get down to it.
Get your toys-and be discreet about it:

Budgeting

Budgeting
Combat emotional spending!
Don’t let your heart pull your purse strings.
Going overboard with shopping when we are depressed can be a dangerous habit. Feeling low is more often than not an excuse devised by most of us to justify our indulgence in retail therapy. It’s not cancerous or unlawful, but it can suck you into a variety of troublesome monetary situations. Here are seven ways to a more financially savvy you.

Red alert:  Recognize and diffuse the feelings which are nudging you to spend, be it professional stress, fallout from a fight or the blues. Learn to hate the instant gratification achieved by your spendthrift nature.
Chalk it out: plan your monthly expenses. Allot an exact sum for your extravagances. This can deter you from rashly frittering away the big bucks.
Check post: keep a check on small expenditures. You may try to rationalize your spending spree by shopping cheap. Addition for the 50 percent off ‘sale’ myth can tear your wallet apart. Spending extravagantly, but less often is mush healthier for your kitty than spending in small bits and more often.
Priorities: conflicts with your man, solitude, strain, and awful days at work will always be there, but that doesn’t mean you dope on spending. Rather you must keep your priorities in mind, like paying off the loan, paying the credit card and other bills on time.
Get real: snap out of the utopia. Getting tempted to impress your guy, or being the star at your workplace by picking an expensive outfit, can leave a big hole in your pocket. Appreciate the way you are, develop self confidence and you won’t have to dress to impress.
Ask yourself: Give your shopping spree a pause and ask yourself “what do I get by spending so much on shopping?” and “ why am I always craving to buy something?” “Do I   really need this?” only if you can find a reasonable answer to all these. Go ahead and shop.
Snooty you: A candlelight dinner at a five star restaurant followed by a movie at a multiplex would be very romantic. Right? Wrong. You can also add pizzazz and adventure to your love life by slipping wine and watching a movie in the cosy confines of your home. There are no perfect ways to keep yourself from being an emotional wastrel. But, remember, every bit helps.
